Around a year ago, travelling to Warsaw I have meet a guy from Finland, whos parents are Russian-speakers. A European citizen, loving Putin. complaining about “rusophobia” and being happy about Crimea “taken back”. Such a contingent is widespread in Czheh republic, Bulgaria, Latvia, Greece and even further to the West. It is a stalinism of 21st century.
Russian threat must not be underestimated, and it is good that EU started a campaign against Russian hybrid aggression, though this campaign should have been started at least 4 years ago.
