That’s a good example of how to prevent problems, which may stem from people with other culture, mentality and habits. Education instead of control, explaining instead of marginalizing and intimidation is the most wise and useful way to integrate refugees, which WILL come to “global North” whether we want it or not.
Unfortunately, many governments still prefer to get rid of these people, settling them in a ghetto, marginalizing, depriving of integration routes and than yield the fruits: xenofobia, rising crime rate and islamist fundamentalism.
