Does this video perform something unique? I do not think so. There are bunch of such a videos on youtube. Did authors invested millions of dollars in advertising? I do not think so also. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Most probably it works like this: after they have gathered certain amount of views, let’s say, 1 million, by any means, some media start saying: “Wow! Look! This video gathered 1 mln of views for 2 weeks!” – so making people curious and willing to watch it.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Than – 10 millions, 50 millions. More and more social media and entertainment pages write about this video as it is ALREADY super-popular. And auditory start thinking like: “Well, if 50 million people watched this video, it can not be shit! There should be something special about it!” and follow the link thus multiplying a number of viewers further and further.<\/p>\n

In a nutshell: video is becoming popluar not because of its quality and uniqueness, but because it is already popular.

That’s exactly how I was thinking before watching it. If I haven’t seen the news about this video achieved 5 bln views, I would never watch it )))<\/p>\n
