But today I took part in one.<\/p>\n<p>On a event called &#8220;Butent!&#8221; (lithuanian: &#8220;Exactly!&#8221;) in a resort town Birshtonas today there was a talk named &#8220;Belarus-Lihuania: what next?&#8221; with participation of Vitautas Magnus University professors. I also participated.<\/p>\n<p>Gedrius Chesnakas in his speech stressed the issue of building the nuclear power plant in Belarus &#8211; on an Belarusian-Lithuanian border. Mindaugas Narkiavichus and Tatsiana Chulitskaya &#8211; on relationhips between Belarus and the EU. I decided to introduce a bit of a context: how does the political regime in Belarus looks like and why repressions play such a considerable role in it.
